Here are our costumes for halloween 2006. This year we decided to be pirates and went all out as you can tell.
Xander's costume and mine were custom made. his was easier as I had him as a model to slope and drape to make patterns. Mine I was not that lucky and it took 3 tries on the pattern before I got the coat right. The good news is that I actually won a National MySpace costume contest that year (sponsored by ABC Family) for it. I was able to take my winning prize, sell it and pay for my costume. AnnaMarie was a witch, that costume was made by her MeeMaw and looked awesome.
